Organic Jojoba oil and ylang ylang oil face wash is a different way to clean your face. If you're acne prone especially this may sound like the last thing you want to put on your face, BUT you would be wrong! Let me explain, those face washes you've used for years probably (just like I used to) with salicylic acid and oil drying ingredients can actually exacerbate your acne problem because you're stripping your skin of its natural oils so then to make up for it your skin goes into overdrive and starts pumping out oil. Washing your face with oil actually cleans out pores gently while keeping your skin moisturized and balanced. The oils I have selected for this wash are also rich in vitamins to replenish your skin and make it healthy!

What people are saying!

This smells amazing! I was skeptical that an oil could clean my skin. but this actually does it without leaving my face looking or feeling oily. My only dislike regarding this face wash is that you can't just quickly wash your face; it requires several minutes and reapplication, so I don't recommend this if you're in a hurry. It's a great way treat yourself to a "spa day" and pamper yourself, though.~buddaring

I was so surprised by this wash I believe that it helped with shrinking my pores. Skin did not produce mass amounts of oil after use it seemed to balance my skin so that it did not over produce oil but was also moisturized.~Sherese

I have been doing the oil cleansing method for about a year now. I use different oils. This combo the last week has been so kind to my face. It smells amazing. It feels amazing. I truly feel the quality when I use it. Thank you so very much for creating such a clean beautiful product. I look forward to future purchases from Bri. 💜~Amber

Quick Fact!! Jojoba oil is not an oil it's actually a liquid wax, it can penetrate the skin quickly, doesn't clog pores and doesn't leave an oily greasy feeling on the skin.

If you battle with acne like I used to and you keep trying the same old face washes and nothing's helping, try something different. At this point you have nothing to lose right?
This oil also doubles as an overnight blemish treatment, simple apply a drop or two to the affected area and leave on overnight. Wash off in the morning!

Comes in a .5 oz or 4 oz glass bottle with dropper. Only 5-6 drops are needed for the entire face which means the .5 oz bottle could last for approximately 40-50 washes! Depending on how much you use each time and how many times a day you wash your face.

How to use: Apply 5-6 drops to fingertips and massage into face, let sit for a minute or two and then gently wash off with a wash cloth and warm water. Don't rub too hard as this can make acne worse and use warm water, don't use hot water, it strips the oils from your face and can damage skin!

Heavenly Botanicals DOES NOT USE THE FOLLOWING::
Harmful Chemical additives such as

Hydantoin AKA DMDM- is a preservative that releases formaldehyde that is used in embalming. Found in many after sun Aloe vera products, lotions, sunscreens, etc.

Phenoxyethanol- AKA Ethylene glycol phenyl- is known to cause DNA mutations and is an endocrine(hormone) disrupter and can cause bladder damage. This product is also tested on animals so NOT vegan friendly! Another quick fact about this dirty additive is that you can find it in many shampoos and cosmetics so check your labels!!!

Germall plus- AKA Diazolidinyl Urea, Iodopropynyl Butylcarbamate and Propylene Glycol (anti-freeze) yes the kind you put in your car, Need I say more? This is a very common preservative found in many cosmetics, body washes, shampoos, etc.

FD&C colours- such as Red 40, blue 1, etc are derived from the coal tar used to make synthetic dyes, I'm pretty positive It can't be healthy to put that on your skin or in your body.

DHA AKA Dehydroacetic acid- used as a preservative and can cause kidney damage if ingested, so my question is what happens when it's absorbed through the skin?

Synthetic Fragrances- can cause allergic reactions and are very toxic to t he body. They contain many chemical compounds ranging between 10-300. Many fragrance contains Phthalate which help make plastic products. So again you're putting endocrine disrupters, carcinogenic chemicals on your body when you apply any product that has a fragrance(s) in it.

We believe in the healing power of nature and all the lovely pure botanicals that have been put on this earth for our use!!

A word about lotions as compared to balms. BALMS do not contain water, they are rich in oils, such as coconut, avocado, macadamia, olive, jojoba, etc and consequently the vitamins, minerals, enzymes and healthy goodness that comes with those oils. Therefore they need no preservative, they are self preserving and can be stored and used for up to a year!

LOTIONS contain water, water has no positive effect on moisturizing the skin, it only makes a cream feel lighter because less oils are used, therefore it evaporates quicker and more lotion needs to be applied regularly. Many lotions also contain, fragrances, and the chemical additives listed above as well as a preservative. All lotions MUST contain a PRESERVATIVE because they contain water and water will eventually provide the right environment for bacteria to grow.

So check your labels before putting things on your skin!!!
I wish you all health, love and happiness!
